My name is Ms. Hendrina Natangwe Newaka, a young woman from Namibia, based in Oshakati East in the Oshana Region. I specialize in catering and wedding planning, and I truly enjoy preparing food and creating personalized dietary plans for individuals and guests. I have developed strong skills in flavoring, testing, and enhancing the color and taste of food. My talent has been recognized at many family events, including weddings for my cousins, sisters, nephews, and nieces, as well as at baptism and confirmation parties for friends.I also cater for memorial services, funerals, and marriage anniversaries. What sets my cooking apart is my commitment to natural ingredients—I do not use GMOs or artificial additives. My food is prepared with care, using only fresh and wholesome ingredients. I am passionate about cooking and food preparation, and my dream is to train other young people, open a restaurant, and create job opportunities in my community.
