Ingredients:

• 4 x 250ml Meel
• Half teaspoon salt
• Half teaspoon baking powder
• Cooking oil
• Lukewarm water
• 1kg T bone
• Spice
• Salt
• Onions
• Potatoes



Ingredients for dough

• Flour
• Salt
• Baking powder
• Cooking oil
• Warm water

Method:

• 1. Take the meat, wash it and put it in the pot.
• 2. Pour two cups of water and let it boil for 15 minutes.
• 3. Mix the dough ingredients (flour, salt, baking powder with a little cooking oil and warm water until it is thick.)
• 4. Cover it and put it aside on a warm spot to rise a little bit.
• 5. When the meat boils, chop the following (onions, potatoes) and put it in the pot.
• 6. After five minutes add salt and spice in the meat.
• 7. When the flour is ready, put a little oil on the hands and roll the dough in your hands and make round balls and put it in the pot.
• 8. Cover the pot and let it boil.
• 9. After ten minutes, put in a soup of your choice and let it boil.
