Ingredients:

• 1kg Mutton/Lamb/Bones/chicken
• 1 x big onion chopped
• 1 x full teaspoon kapana Spice
• Soup/sous
• 4 x potatoes
• 5 x carrots
• 1 x peas
• 1 x beans

Method:

• You choose one of the any meat types. Like Mutton,
• put it in the pot and add all ingredients and let it boil for 30 minutes and add macaroni in the same pot.
• All the ingredients in one pot are called potjiekos. Serve with Tea/Coffee
