Ingredients:

• 1 and 1/2 Cup of White Beans
• 1/2 Cup of fresh milk
• 1/2 Cup of cooking cream
• 50 g Margarine
• 1/2 teaspoon of salt
• 1/2 teaspoon of Curry powder
• 1 tablespoon of pure honey
• 2 tablespoons of traditional Marula oil
• Fresh parsley
• Aromat to taste

Method:

• 1. Pour boiled water in your beans and let them rest for 30 minutes.
• 2. Massage the beans with both your hands while the beans remain in the water to remove the skin from the beans.
• 3. Wash your skinless beans in another bowl of water. Make sure the beans do not contain any skin at all. Remove the beans once this process is completed.
• 4. Cook your beans for 30 minutes with normal water only until the beans become soft and well cooked. Make sure the beans must not burn while cooking or stick at the bottom of the pot while cooking them.
• 5. Do not throw the water from the beans. Rather blend it with the beans.
• 6. Pour your cooked beans into the blender with five tablespoons of water and blend for 30 seconds or until soft.
• 7. Use a nonstick pan or nonstick pot and heat it on the stove.
• 8. Add margarine, salt, and curry powder at the same time, then add your dry cooked blended beans and stir until all is mixed. Cook for 30 seconds and after another minute of cooking add cooking cream, milk and pure honey and cook for a further 3 minutes.
• 9. Serve your soup in four soup bowls. Add 2 tablespoons of traditional Marula oil and lastly, add a pinch of chopped fresh parsley and serve it with any slice of fresh bread, flat bread, or toast.
